[REVIEW] Loreal Lumi Magique Concealer

fullsizerender-15

After really enjoying the Seventeen Wow concealer, I thought I would give some more pen style concealers ago. I really like to use these types of concealers for my under-eyes because they tend to be designed to brighten, I wouldn’t recommend using the brush tips on spot/blemishes because you can’t clean it making it rather unhygienic. The product I picked up was the Loreal Lumi Magique concealer pen and it retails for about £7.00 I think, almost double what the seventeen one was.

There weren’t really many shade options, I think there were 2-3 and obviously I had to pick up the lightest, named light. This was a perfect shade for me, but if you someone with a lot darker skin you will struggle to find a shade. I love the packaging because I have the biggest weakness for anything; gold, rose gold or even copper. The first time I tried to use it, it took a long time for the product to come out, I kept twisting and twisting.

The consistency is nice and I think there definitely a decent amount of coverage. I’m someone that even though has oily skin I still get dry under-eyes and I don’t feel like it looked particularly heavy or cakey. I really like the brightening look it gives me and makes me look more awake than I actually am. I would have to say that I will repurchase this when I run out, which sadly might be soon because I feel like you don’t get much product in these pen concealers. I would recommend for someone that wants a bright under eyes and doesn’t like that heavy feeling of a full coverage concealer.

I hope you found this helpful and enjoyable, if you did then please feel free to like, share or leave a comment its greatly appreciated. I’ll speak to you soon.
