August Favourites

This month I have tried out a bunch of new things and it was tough to narrow some of them down to just couple for my favourites. The products in this post have been chosen mostly due to the fact they’re what I’ve been non-stop reaching for for the month of August. I really enjoy reading peoples monthly favourites because it really reflects what people are actually enjoying, although they could give something a glowing review it might still not be their favourite product. If you’ve tried any of these products or have any recommendations, then let me know in the comments below.

Starting off this month with a lip liner and I have to say this may be the first lip liner I have put in a favourites. It’s a MAC lip liner in the shade Boldly Bare and I’m obsessed with this shade. I absolutely love wearing this alone because it’s a my lips, but better kind of colour and it’s perfect for a natural looking lip. I highly recommend MAC lip liners, I think they’re great, I do however wish they were retractable rather than pencil.

The next product I have been using for more than the month of August, but it kind of missed last months favourites because I had so many to choose from then as well. I have just been really enjoying using the Rimmel London Insta Duo Contour stick for contouring nose and this is quite a new thing for me, but I’m loving it. I have a written a full review of the product, so if your interested then click here.

Some of you may know if you follow me on Instagram, but I have been lucky enough to become one of the Brand Ambassadors for Botanics Skincare. I was sent a bunch of goodies that I’m currently trying out and will let you guys know my thoughts and give you an updated skincare routine soon. One of the products that’s such a stand out to me, is the Botanics RoseWater Toning-Spritz because it’s so refreshing. The spray on the bottle is like a dream, it doesn’t squirt or spit the product it evenly mist’s you, it’s incredible. I imagine it’s similar to the Mario Badescu Rose Water spray, but I can’t say for sure because I’ve never tried it myself.

Next up is the Sleek Solstice highlighting palette and I haven’t put this baby down, it’s all I’ve used since I’ve purchased it. It has kicked all my other highlighters to the curb, specifically the shade Equinox. It’s just so blinding and I’m not going to talk about this for much longer otherwise I won’t stop, your just going to have to read my review here.

Lastly is the L’Oreal Lash Paradise mascara, when first trying this I wasn’t like completely blown away or anything, but there’s clearly something that I love about it because I just keep using it instead of my other mascaras. I’m not sure really what to say other than it’s a great mascara and makes my lashes look good. For a full review then just click here.

Thank you guys so much for reading, if yo enjoyed then please give it a like, leave a comment or share it. Thanks again and I’ll speak to you soon.
