[REVIEW] NYX Micro Brow Pencil

To continue with the affordable brow pencils, this time I’m reviewing the NYX Micro Brow Pencil. I purchased this at my local Boots (Story of my life) for £8.00 and I did pick up the shade Blonde, although I now think it way too light and warm tone for me.

The packaging is a general retractable pencil that you twist up and has a spooly on the other end. My favourite thing about the pencil is the fine tip that you apply the product with, most of you will probably know that by now. I prefer these because you can be a lot more precise and neat around the edges of your eyebrows. This does however, mean it takes longer to fill them in depending on how much you actually need or want to fill in your brow. The formula isn’t anything special, it’s not bad and it hasn’t wowed me. It’s not too stiff or creamy and I find you have to press quite hard to get the colour pay-off that you would want. Once you press hard enough the colour pigmentation is pretty standard, this is kind of a bonus if you someone that normally goes in quite heavy handed and ends up with accidentally dark brows.

Overall, I found this to be alright and pretty standard, I did find this to be the wrong shade as well. I wouldn’t say don’t try because you never know if you will personally like it, as everyone has there own preferences. If you have tried this or have any recommendations then please let me know in the comments below because I love to here your thoughts.

Thank for reading, I hope you enjoyed it and if you did then give it  like, leave a comment and share. Thanks again and I’ll speak to you soon.
