January Favourites

I can’t believe January is already over, this year is already flying past and I don’t feel ready for it. I’m going to share with you want I have been enjoying this month and I would love to know what you guys have been enjoying this month in the comments below.

The first thing is the NYX Warm Neutral eyeshadow palette and I got this of Christmas from a family member. The pigmentation is average and they blend really nicely, so it’s the perfect palette for beginners. I’ve been using the medium shades for my more subtle everyday makeup looks and it’s perfect for that. My favourite part has to be the shade range for this palette because I have just been loving using warm tones on my eye recently.

Next up is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow kit in Sugar and there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t worn this. I’m so obsessed with these highlights it’s crazy. They can go from more subtle to blinding and it depends what ones you use and how much you apply. I also feel like they’re a steal because you get 4 huge pans of highlight for on £40 and normally one highlight from them is around £25, you do the math.

This isn’t a makeup product, but it’s a tool and I haven’t talked about it yet. I got it for Christmas and it’s the Makeup Revolution Oval Face Brush. I have been using this to apply my makeup for most of this month because it makes the foundation melt into the skin and makes it look really natural. I will say I don’t get as much coverage as I used to with my sponge, I really like the look this gives my skin. This product is only £9.99 from Superdug and could potentially be a dupe for the Artis brushes.

Lastly is the NYX Micro Brow Pencil, I have been using this almost everyday because I found it to be perfect for me and my brows. I always say brow products can depend on the persons preferences, how they like their brow to look and how much filling in needs doing. I don’t have a lot of filling in to do with my brows, so I just use this to neaten edges mostly and that’s why I find the tiny tip so perfect.

Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed and if you did then please give it a like, leave a comment and share. Thanks again guys and I’ll speak to you soon.
