Today I thought I would bring you a Valentines suitable makeup look, as it is in a couple of days. Below I have listed the steps and products that I used to create this look, so you can recreate it if you wish to do so.

Step  1: The Base

I first buffed the Mememe Flawless Finish Cream Foundation into my skin and used the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer on any blemishes that weren’t covered by the foundation. Before setting my face with powder, I used the Rimmel Insta Duo Contour stick to contour my nose and my cheeks bones.  I then set my base using the trusty Rimmel Stay Matte Translucent Powder.

Step 2: The Cheeks

Using the Too Faced Sweetheart Bronzer on the outside of my face and over where I contoured to give a beautiful sun-kissed glow to my skin. Then I use the Too Faced Lush Flush Blush in Baby Love to give the cheeks a subtle flushed look. To highlight my face  I used the Anastasia Beverley Hills Sugar Glow kit in the shade Marshmallow, I dusted it over the high points of my face; my cheekbones, cupids bow, nose and brow bone.

Step 3: The Brows

For my brows I used the NYX Micro Brow Pencil to neaten the edges, giving them a nice shape and filling them in, where it’s needed. I then proceeded to set my brow using the MEMEME Arch Angel Brow Gel.

Step 4: The Eyes

As a base for my eyeshadow I used the Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer to cover any veins and creating a smooth base. For the eyeshadow I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette, I used the shade Love Letter all over the lid and the shades Red Ochre and Venetian Red in the crease to create some definition. I also used these shades on my lower lash line. Using the Collection Glam Crystals Liner I draw a line starting from the corner of my eye and following my crease, ending it a third of the way along my eyelid. To create the classic feline flick I used the Mememe Eye Sweep Precision Eye Liner. To finish off the eyes I used 2 coats of the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara and the Eylure Fluer DeForce 3/4 Lashes.

Step 5: The Lips

I firstly over-lined my lips with a Mac Lip Liner in Boldly Bare and neatly filled the rest of my lips in with the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour in Seduction.
