I’m back with another L’Oreal review and this is the corresponding concealer to their most recent foundation. This concealer is £6.99 and it comes in a glass pot, which I’m really impressed with considering the Nars one comes in a plastic one. I recently hit the bottom on the pot in my Nars one and that’s what gave me the incentive to try a more affordable pot concealer.
I picked up the shade light and I must say there weren’t that many colours, I always find that a lot of the L’Oreal foundations or concealers to be cool toned and I’m more neutral. The formula is full coverage and it’s very thick, which is to be expected. You can blend it out best with a brush or your fingertips, but I found it difficult to blend with a sponge just because it’s so thick. I found it to work both under my eyes and to cover blemishes, I will say if you have dry or crepey under eyes, it will be emphasised by this concealer. The formula is quite dry to probably not the best for someone with dry skin.
Overall, I wasn’t blown away, but it’s still a good concealer. I think it’s good for the price and I will continue to use, who knows maybe the more I use it the more I’ll like it. It’s best for covering blemishes, as it’s so thick and full coverage. Let me know your thoughts and if you have any recommendations in the comments below.
